Trip was great. The driver was very nice, had lots of good information. We were the only ones on the tour. Would use Viator again.

The greeter girl didn't have our driver there for about 20-30 minutes to pick us up, after giving us a specific time to be at the meeting area. The tour guide was good at explaining things and personable. There was a point at the batik factory where our group split to those going on to brimstone hill and those that were not. We had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for the cab to come get the other people. When we arrived at the batik place we were told the ACTUAL time to return to the cab.....then it appears as he had not called for the other driver...Knowing WHEN he told us to finish our looking around, he SHOULD have had the cab there then. As it was, we just stayed in the parking lot waiting to leave, but could have spent more time exploring

We enjoyed St Kitts, a beautify little island.. The Batik factory was a hit... In future please have your drivers have working A/C in the bus as well as maps of the island should be made available. Overall, this was a very good trip.

Unless you were in the first row of seats in the van you couldn't hear anything the tour guide talked about.

When you get off the ship there are about a hundred drivers wanting to take you on a tour of the island. Because we had prepaid for our tour, we waited an hour at the pier and then had prepaid almost double what the other drivers were charging for an island tour.

Poor organization by the staff at port. The driver who was also the tour guide was very poor, and didn't provide us with any information about the island. He would just point out places as we went by, that we could have read off the signs on the buildings. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
