Head to Le Grand Marché Couvert, a large bazaar featuring rows of spices, herbs and traditional Creole crafts. When your shopping bags are heavy and your wallet is light, take a stroll through gardens at La Savane to round out your 2-hour stay in town.

Back on board the boat, enjoy the scenery on the brief trip over to Anse Dufour. The cove of yellow sand lined with coconut palms is an excellent place for swimming and snorkeling.
