- Applications to be married on St. Lucia must be made by a local solicitor to the Attorney General who prepares and signs the license after two working days on the island
- The Attorney General must receive the application at least two (2) working days before the Wedding

- Original of the proof of Decree Absolute if either party is divorced. If the decree is not the original, a certified/notarized copy must be obtained

Legal Fees/Preparation of Documents:
Couples wishing to be married on St. Lucia must present the following original documents in person before the local Registrar, Your Wedding Coordinator will arrange the interview with the local Registrar. (Non English documents must be translated into English and bear and Official Stamp)
Additional services that can be arranged for an extra cost:
- Bookings canceled up to 30 days out of travel date will incur 50% cancellation penalties
- Bookings canceled within 30 days of travel date incur 100% cancellation penalties.
