not overly professional
very laid back and acceptable !
snorkeling was not for tropical fish but to see sunken sub, cannon, hellicopter, and teh walking path used by scuba divers
Fun trip, but the description in Viator is not as accurate as it could be. Hotel transfers are not available. Your meal is served on a paper napkin which sticks nicely to chicken and ribs.
We had a great time. My only suggestion is that the company should let you know that you do not go to the beach; you have to jump off the boat into the water. Going in was not so bad, but getting back on the boat was not easy at all.
The cost of the cruise does not match the value. The trip was very relaxing, the food was good and there should have been more of it. The food was rationed out because there is nowhere for passengers to move around to get to the food. There could have been some soft Carribean music playing for those who don't enjoy water sports. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. That was a plus. I would not discourage anyone from taking the cruise, but it would be one of my last suggestions.
I would rate this tour a 4 on a 1-10 scale. The staff was kind and helpful but the tour location was difficult to find, and the tour length was shortened as the morning tour was delayed. We only had one snorkel site and a short sail along the coast. Our tour left the port at 1:20 pm and returned at 3:30 pm. The cost far exceeded the tour quality.
Last time I was in the Carribean, I saw a pirate ship cruise that looked like a lot of fun. This was not a pirate ship, rather just a medium sized sail boat with two very small cannons that carries 10 to 15 passengers. However, a very friendly crew and the kids loved riding the waves at the front. There was a short snorkel session, followed by beer! If you do this from a cruise ship, do not waste time on the water taxis. It is a short walk to a secondary dock on the right hand side of the harbor. This was the worst part, as we almost could not find it. If there was a sign, I did not see it.
