Our driver went over and above to help us navigate the St Petersburg train station and actually helped us in with our baggage and talked to someone to make sure we were in the right place. Thank you!

This was an awful experience. The clerk from the hotel loaded most of the luggage while the driver stood by and watched. There was not enough room for our luggage even though we had less than 2 bags per person. The driver placed the extra bag in the front seat so that we had to sit crammed into the rear. The driver was sullen. He drove us to Helsinki Station to a side door that was locked. He appeared to expect us to get out. Finally he drove to the front and we exited the vehicle. He barely assisted with removing the luggage. We pulled most of the luggage from the vehicle. Needless to say we did not tip him although he waited for a tip.
