Having our voucher ahead of time saved us time, and we didn't have to worry about exchanging money or getting credit card approved while standing at the curb outside the bus. It was very easy to exchange for one of the tickets. Also, the price was competitive with purchasing direct. With limited time in Stockholm, having our tickets ahead of time saved precious time.

The information on where the bus stops were located was poor. The English channel of the commentary was of very poor quality at times, but the other channels were OK. It was a poor experience overall.

It took the better part of an hour to leave the cruise ship area. Then more long waits at most of the stops. Even waiting while no one was getting on.
