The tour is definitely worth it. Katrina was great and very friendly. You get to skip the queue in the Vasa Museum, which is great. So much history and lovely places to get to know in Stockholm. 100 recommended.

This walking tour was excellent. The description on Viator says that it is a two-hour walking tour of both Gamla Stan and the Vasa Museum, however this tour really takes up most of your day. We walked around Gamla Stan for about 75 minutes and then took a ferry to Djurgarden island. By the time we arrived at the Vasa Museum, it was close to noon. The friendly guide then gave us a 30 minute overview of the ship. At about 12:30pm, our guide left the group. I then stayed an additional two hours at the museum. You could easily spend a full day there. There are films to watch and seven floors of exhibits to read. Because the tour price included admission to the museum and the ferry ride, it was good value. I would not do the tour unless I planned to spend more time at the museum.
A great half-day tour with a great guide, Samuel, who was a wealth of information and offered many wonderful insights about both the city and country in general along the way. This tour is capped off with a ferry ride to the Vasa Museum which is truly a spectacular sight to be seen. Highly recommend!

This worked out so well because we ended up being just the two of us with Samuel! We had our own personal tour! We thoroughly enjoyed the walking tour with him which covered the best of the city within the time we had available. He was very personable with excellent english and a good sense of humor. The Vasa museum was so interesting along with the quaint streets of the old town. We would recommend this to anyone with limited time in Stockholm.
Really a lot of fun. Marcia did a terrific job. Very personable, and knowledgable. Answered all our questions. Even sang Swedish folk songs!
This was the best way to be introduced to Stockholm. Luisa, our guide, was friendly, articulate and well-versed in conveying the history and culture of the area. The elements of the tour were well-chosen, introducing us to the historial city, taking a ferry ride and vistiing the excellent Vasa Museum. We felt quite confident about navigating the area later. We'd do it all again!
You get to know a lot about the old city from the guide. It would take days to figure out those stuff :)
Saskia was EXCELLENT - young , very educated, very pleasant. Knew answers to every question, very well informed. Learn a lot from her, and spent terrific time . Excellent tour , worth every penny. Tourguide excellent. Strongly recommanded tour. MUST SEEN!
We enjoyed a very professional and get personal tour. We have to give this full marks, a must for visitor to Stockholm. Australian couple.
Tour was as described. Knowledgeable guide. Easy way to see Gamla Stan and then get over to the island to see the Vasa Museum.
The Vasa was definitely the highlight of the tour. Would suggest that the guide hold up a sign to identify themselves when meeting at the square.
We had an enjoyable experience with our guide in Stockholm. He was friendly and was able to answer any questions we had. We had some trouble finding the Nobel House where we had to meet our quide since we could not read signs. Even though we did get there on time I would suggest some directions included with the voucher that you print our. This was our second time using Viator and I would use them again.
Our walking tour was very interesting, going down little lanes and streets we would never have done on our own. Our guide was very interesting, and made the day fun. The ferry ride was good. The Vasa Museum is a must for all visitors. Would recommend this tour to anyone who likes to walk a bit, and hear stories about Stockholm you don't hear in a large group.
The Vasa is a must see! Rest of tour could have been more informative. Perhaps more of the history of the city and not a stop at amusemment park.
Our group of 4 did not realize we were to be part of a group of 15 when we met the guide. But we certainly did not complain and went along on the tour. The information was surface-level at most and something we could have done on our own. We would have preferred more in-depth history and/or explanation. The young guide was nice enough but clearly working just for the summer college break. The best part of the tour was the visit to the Vasa Museum and, once again, we could have done that on our own.
