The ship docked far away and we had to spend money and time to locate the starting point of this one day sigthseeing tour in Stockholm , if we were not so fast and the people of stockholm not friendly we would have missed the tour. We were basically running and travelling in the local bus.I was very tired before the tour. We then enjoyed the bus and boat tour which was great and then had to find our way backwithout a break to the ship so we get back in time. We were lucky to be back in time. WOW!! it was very hectic

Shore Excursion Voucher stated port pick up and drop off. Once again we were lucky to find a helpful local at the port, the hop on hop off bus driver who was the pick up. He took us to where the tour started and on exchanging our voucher for tickets we were told that we would not be dropped off back at the port even though my Viator voucher clearly stated that a drop off was included. At my insistence she called her supervisor and then told us that the best she could do was to give us a ferry voucher which would take us back to the ship. Once again the tour was fine but spoiled by the lack of information given by Viator. Not one of our three tours ran smoothly. Never again Viator, you made it too stressful!
