This tour is incredible and would recommend that anyone visiting this area needs to take it in. There is a lot to this tour which surprised us but the guide put us through every step really easily and comfortably. The drive there takes you through many valleys and you see beautiful waterfalls everywhere. You can be taking photos every 5 minutes. We were fortunate that when going to the Sphinx the sun was above the cloud so we had a wonderful view - it was breathtaking and overwhelming at the same time. We absolutely were blown away with this tour. The Alps are magnificent.
Great tour. Comfortable trip in a modern double decker bus for views, fantastic guide with great knowledge of area and a great sense of humour. Fantastic value. This was our 1st time using Viator and will use again in the future.
We had the most amazing day with this tour. The tour guide (Kit?) is the best we've met by far. He's very organised, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. He knows the place inside out and did a great job showing us all the things that are not to be missed. He's always running around looking after us, getting stamps for those who missed it, and making sure everyone's at the right place at the right time. He's good with cameras and took some of the most amazing photos for me. As for the tour itself, I feel that the time at Interlaken is a bit too long and wish we could spend a little more time on Junfraujoch but overall it's still the best tour I've been. Lots of great memories!! Thanks again to our wonderful tour guide!

The trip was fantastic as was our tour guide! It is a well planned trip with a lot of information.
The tour bus was 15 minutes late coming from Zurich with an almost full bus. People kindly moved so we could sit together. Everything went better after that. Kid, our guide, was excellent at keeping us together and helping us see the beautiful sights. It was was amazing to walk inside the glacier and to be at the top of Europe.
The sight from the Sphinx tower is astounding! You simply need to be there to believe it! The train ride to the top is awesome! Our guide, Kid (yes, that was his name), was awesome and he paid a lot of attention to each and every member in the group. With him as the tour guide, the trip was really enjoyable. Make sure you take an extra pair of cells or replacement battery as you will need one due to the various photo-worthy areas that you will see throughout the day! This is a must-do if you are visiting the Lucerne, Interlaken or Zurich!
My friend and I had a very good time, and it's the best day we had in our entire 14-day journey, all thanks to the funny and helpful guide Keith and of course the tremendous view up on Jungfraujoch! We'll definitely remember the trip and will visit again if given another chance!

Jungraujoch Top of Europe was the highlight of our trip to Europe. We had considered doing this excursion on our own but thankfully went with Viator. Our guide was informative and more importantly, he made sure we had seats on the train. It was very crowded and hectic and the guide had to ask people to vacat our seats.
This trip was well worth the time and money. Our guides name was Kid and he was fantastic. The scenery was beautiful. A great experience.
Excellent. But if the clouds come in at the top you wont see a thing. However the train trip up is amazing and worth the trip alone. We had spectacular views almkst all the way to the top. The train is immaculate, comfortable and warm.
Fantastic! We got really lucky with the weather. Our tour guide was great! Even on the bus, he told us exactly when to get our cameras ready for impressive views. Energetic and enthusiastic, he made sure we got a terrific experience. He clearly loves his work!
This tour was one of the best tours we have done, the tour guide was fantastic,and explaned everything to the fullest. The trip up the mountaain was fantastic and well worth the money spent, I would highly recommend this tour to anybody.The chance for photography was excellent. The tour at the top was great, the time given to walk around was enough to have a meal and buy momentoes.

5 estrellas a esta esta maravillosa experiencia. Uno puede llegar a pensar que el precio es algo elevado pero buscando por otros sitios o inclusive haciendolo uno mismo, siempre saldra un precio elevado. Viator da facilidades como un vagon de tren reservado para los miembros del viaje y te olvidas de andar buscando/reservando tickets. Nuestro guia fue muy amable y aunque su nivel de ingles no era el mejor, siempre dio lo mejor de si para que nuestro viaje fuera placentero.
Recomiendo que antes que reserven sus boletos para este viaje, chequen muy bien el clima que les espera pues de ser con mucha precipitacion, las vistas desde la punta de la montaña desaparecen al verse lleno de niebla. Tambien, tomen en cuenta que las paradas programadas son rapidas (30-45min, excepto en la montaña donde el tiempo es 2 horas approx.), asi que aprovechenlas!
