The highlight of our tour in Europe was our stay in Lucerne and the tour to Jungfraujoch. We will definitely recommend Viator to our friends. Thank you for an excellent stay and tour in Switzerland.

Pick up service was excellent arranged close to hotel. Guide was helpful, knowledgeable and entertaining. It was a highlight of our 7 week European tour.

Out of this world! Super beautiful scenery and an absolutely fabulous guide, who recommended when to start preparing our cameras for snapping stunning pictures. Our guide was protective of us, entertaining and informative, and his familiarity with the Jungfrau people worked to our advantage!

Our tour guide was fantastic. Like the energizer bunny he just kept going and going. The weather was perfect and the views spectacular. This tour was the highlight of our four days in Switzerland

We loved the experience of the Jungfraujoch and the trains taken to the top. What we did find disconcerting though was the hairy journey in a van to reach the first train journey point in Lauterbrunnen. It was scary in the extreme over wet and snowy roads!

The tour guide was really upbeat and knowledgeable about the area. It was interesting to learn about the area from his perspective. He even offered to take pictures at certain points. The tour is even more scenic than the brochure photos.

It was the experience of a lifetime. Certainly the best of the tours. We had a superb guide and he went out of his way to make it an exceptionally enjoyable day.

The tour deserves rating far above than the maximum 4 stars. It was an exotic, amazing, spectacular and heavenly tour. The tour guide was fabulous and the most enthusiastic guide we have ever seen. He took us around Jungfrau first to show us the main sights so that his expertise know-how of the place is properly utilized, thus saving a lot of time for rest of the stuff.
The sights during the train rides are spectacular. And the main sight on the top of Jungfrau is out-of-the-world. It is awesome. It is rightly called...between Heaven and Earth. At the top we get just 2 hours, but the two hours seems quite sufficient since at the end of them one is quite tired and feeling sleepy.
Most of the credit for an incredible tour must go to the tour guide who entertained all of us throughout the tour with lots of information and fun.
This tour must not be missed at any cost. But to see the best sights a sunny day or at-least few hours when it matters is a MUST. The tour is recommended for all persons in the age group 4-70.
Well organized and well-guided. The schedule may be a bit too hectic if you want to do everything: enjoy a relaxing lunch, take good photos, see the glacier and ice-palace, and ride the dog sledge. Unfortunately for us, the dog-sledge was closed on that day. We did experience a bit of confusion when we were going down from Jungfrau. We were held up by the crowd as we got off the first train, and we failed to catch up with our guide. There were a few trains waiting and we were uncertain which one to take until our guide reappeared just before departure.

Tour guide was useful, and it was easier to go up by cog train than by myself. But coach ride was tiring on a hilly and curvy road; my son threw up, but no sick bag was prepared in the coach. Later I found out that there was another kid who threw up too.
