This was a fun way to get out on the Harbour and learn a bit about America's Cup boats. The crew was polite and friendly and, with a small group on the boat, it was fun to talk with our fellow passengers and crew. We happened to have a pretty calm day, which wasn't the best for sailing, but it would have been a blast with more wind.
Had an awesome trip. A great introduction to sailing, the crew were excellent, always ready to answer questions. Amazing getting involved on the grinders and steering such an expensive and powerful ex-racing yacht. Fabulous views of the Bridge and Sydney Opera House and all of the activity on the Harbour. Really handy location in Darling Harbour, and plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy a cold beer after all that thirsty work!
This was an exceptionally fun afternoon. I was part of a small group which ensured that we all had an opportunity to perform "crewing" functions. The crew were all highly skilled and conversational. They were also able to explain and share information on points of interest in and around the harbour.
What a wonderful way to see the Sydney Harbor. The crew was great and let people either help and be put to work or just sit and relax. The crew was very nice, engaging and knowledgeable. This was one of my favorite experiences of the trip.
The weather was challenging but the great crew ensured everyone had a great sailing trip and plenty of excitement.
