By and large a good way to book trips however
when we tried to find the Darling Harbour Gray
Line office we discovered that it no longer existed. We had to contact the Melbourne office, however they sorted out our bookings for
us. We did however have a problem with the Sunshine Coast and Noosa excursion as when we reported for the trip we were advised that Noosa was no longer on the agenda, most disappointing!!
We enjoyed the ease of calling up and booking our tours. Tour staff were friendly and very accomodating. We would have liked to have been able to do different combinations of tours that were available and it was not always clear which acitivities were or were not covered by the tour on booking. Overall it was a great experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat.
Had a great time but would like to see more options for afternoon tours. The tour guides were very informative and skilful drivers.
This is a great way to enjoy an assortment of tours at one low price, though it would be better to be able to arrange tours more easily than by having to attend a booth in person on first arrival in a city, finding one's way around can be enough of a challenge, without having to accomplish that first in order to book a tour.
My friend and I chose trip 366 in Melbourne but were given trip 376 and had to pay extra for lunch because of the diamond sightseeing pass. There is nothing on the voucher about this!! The other tour we chose was 396, but again we had to pay for lunch with no clarification made about lunch not being provided if you were using the diamond sightseeing pass.
