It was excellent! We had an issue with the van on the way home and the Tour agency handled it all very well --- huge kudos for that!!! The tour spent good time in each stop so we could see it all --- fantastic trip!!! I highly recommend it!!!
A very full and varied day. Steve the guide was very informative and helpful.
Our driver/guide had a good sense of humor and was conscientious regarding the welfare of the group and kept us on time without our feeling rushed. Beautiful scenery and the sancutary visit afforded the opportunity to get some good animal photos. Highly recommended.
This was a very enjoyable tour, and i would highly recommend it to all with a day to spare and who would like to get out of Sydney for a day. We had a very friendly and informative guide who passed on some very interesting history and information that you wouldn't really see or understand if you were to just stay in Sydney. With the early start we were first in to Featherdale wildlife Park, which allowed us time to investigate the park fully and leave before the crowds arrived. The views on the drive up and through the blue mountains were fantastic and the views from the lookouts were spectacular and well chosen.
Picked up on time in a van that held 10 people. Scott was great. Very knowledgeable. Arrived and entered Featherdale Wildlife Park before doors were open. Highly recommend visiting there. Wish we could have spent more then 1 hour there. Scott drove us to so many overlooks and views with potential for views, but weather was very cloudy and then the rain came. Visted Botanical Gardens, but rain stopped me from exploring. The itinerary was excellent. Lunch was great. Wish the weather would have cooperated more.
The Blue mountains are definitely worth the trip to see, and I would recommend two days if possible to really see everything. The guide, Johnny was very informative not only about the area, but also the history and culture of Sidney and the Blue Mountains. The tour takes you beyond just the normal tour sites and really lets you gain a true understanding of the vast area called the blue mountains. I highly recommend Johnny and the small group eco tour.
Great experience all round. Max was amusing and informative- a great raconteur and a good shepherd of his flock! Being in a small group made the experience a really special event. Thanks for a memorable trip.
This was a fantastic tour! Paul was a great guide very knowledgable and friendly... Worth every penny!
I'm sure much of our enjoyment was due to our driver, Paul. He is a local and had lots of interesting information he shared with us. The early arrival to Featherdale was great. The animals were ready for guests and it was not crowded. I also like that the tour allowed us to take the three types of transportation available at the Blue Mountains. That was fun. I do wish the lunch had been a bit more creative. The food was somewhat bland, particularly for the price.
Really great tour, nice vehicle and great tour leader! I would suggest a bit more time in Featherdale, but overall a wonderful day!!!
I have been on 3 Blue Mountain tours in the past, but I have to say this one was the best. small groups, super tour guide and the chance to visit Featherdale Wildlife in the early morning before other tours arrived. I was the first to feed the wallabies and actually see a koala wide awake having had a tasty breakfast of eucalyptus leaves!
Brilliant day in the Blue Mountains with our very knowledgeable and friendly guide Don. Were in a small group, just 4 of us plus Don, and had a great time, very nice lunch and nice finish to the day with a glass of bubbly in very nice surroundings. Probably one of the highlights of our time in Sydney. Would definitely recommend this trip.
