Our guide was an incredible fountain of knowledge, and the whole day was very good value for money. Our guide handled an emergency (caused by a punctured tire) extremely well and got us back, more or less, within the original time scales... involving an unexpected high-speed trip on the River Cat, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Our tour guide provided us with an extraordinary experience. He was very passionate about his country, extremely knowledgeable, and happy to show off his Australia. We did not feel like tourists, but instead, specially invited guests, as though the tour was personalized for us and not just another cookie-cutter excursion. We will recommend this tour to everyone.

Featherdale Wildlife Park was great. We were allowed to pet koalas, feed kangaroos and take pictures of it all! I cannot say enough about our tour guide. He was absolutely fantastic. He was hilarious, and knew everything about the history, trees, plants, etc. The views from the lookouts were magnificent. We could not have had a better day in the Blue Mountains.

The trip was very expensive, but the itinerary was excellent. The guide was superb, very knowledgeable and friendly. The vehicle was great and ideal for the terrain. Considering we are travelling from the UK this tour enabled us to see so much and learn so much, a fun packed day!

Amazing trip. First, we had breakfast at a wildlife park and got to feed kangaroos and touch koalas. The weather was very good and the Blue Mountains were a sight to behold. We even got to see wild kangaroos on our way back to Sydney. This trip is well worth doing.

Buffet lunch was very poor, I would have expected much better being the deluxe tour. The champagne was in fact sparkling wine!

Adventurous, patient, and knowledgeable guide who showed us the best of the best accessible in the great outdoors adjacent to Sydney. A long day, but well worth it when you look back on it - and still get back into the city for an evening out. Love the wild kangaroos!

This was an ambitious tour, but it meant that we were hustling from one point to another all day. It's great that this tour starts early, because you arrive at the Wildlife Park before all the other tourists, and there you can get in at the front of the line to get your picture with and pat the koalas and kangaroos. The tour guide offered information all along the way. He took very good care of us, waiting to make sure we were safely on our ferry home. The finale ferry ride back to Sydney is amazing! If there's anything I'd change, it would be to select a tour that allows more walking and less time in the tour bus. You see a lot but don't get much direct experience with the landscape until the end of the day, with the kangaroos and champagne. This is a good tour, though, for those who may not be able to walk a great deal. I would have preferred a more active tour myself, where I could have taken the 30 minute walk through the rain forest instead of the 10 minute one. I wouldn't worry too much about booking in advance; you can comparison shop to find this kind of tour. There are a number of Blue Mountains tour operators. However, from comparing notes with others, I think this tour is superior to a few others out there.
