This was a great day tour. We found the time at the koala park was too short.

This was an ambitious tour, but it meant that we were hustling from one point to another all day. It's great that this tour starts early, because you arrive at the Wildlife Park before all the other tourists, and there you can get in at the front of the line to get your picture with and pat the koalas and kangaroos. The tour guide offered information all along the way. He took very good care of us, waiting to make sure we were safely on our ferry home. The finale ferry ride back to Sydney is amazing! If there's anything I'd change, it would be to select a tour that allows more walking and less time in the tour bus. You see a lot but don't get much direct experience with the landscape until the end of the day, with the kangaroos and champagne. This is a good tour, though, for those who may not be able to walk a great deal. I would have preferred a more active tour myself, where I could have taken the 30 minute walk through the rain forest instead of the 10 minute one. I wouldn't worry too much about booking in advance; you can comparison shop to find this kind of tour. There are a number of Blue Mountains tour operators. However, from comparing notes with others, I think this tour is superior to a few others out there.

We really enjoyed this trip. Our guide was fantastic - very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We liked being able to get up close and personal with the kangaroos and koalas at the wildlife park, although it was certainly not the prettiest habitat I've ever seen. The off-road trek into the mountains was also unique. Lunch was just OK, but not bad. We enjoyed seeing all the sights, the lookout points and the Blue Mountains. Be ready to fork over more money for the cable car, railway, etc. at the Blue Mountains place. If you don't do that, you won't really get the best views. We did not feel the trip was too rushed; however, the guide does try to stick to the schedule for everyone's benefit. We actually had a little time at the end of the day to drive through the Olympic Park. My only issue with this trip is the price. If you are looking for a cheaper option, you can take the hop on, hop off bus, which stops at several spots throughout the Blue Mountains area. But then you will not get off the beaten path or get the benefit of having a personal guide.

It is a very good trip. The guide was very friendly and my family enjoyed it. The journey to the Blue Mountains and into the forests was worth the money. The view of the three sisters was not something magnificent as it sounded in different reviews. On the whole, the tour was better than the other trips we took in Sydney.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Very educational. We really enjoyed it, though we would have like to spend more time with the koalas.

An excellent tour, very bright and informative tour guide and an absolutely beautiful day. Worth every penny, good stuff. Maybe fewer food stops and more mountains?

Excellent trip, good way of seeing a lot in a short time, but felt that we missed a lot as it was very rushed.

An excellent all day experience, a wee bit rushed at points but you definitely get to see a lot, so otherwise superb. A lot done and satisfying at the end of the day, if you don't have time for longer as we did it's perfect to see the wonderful Blue Mountains. I got to sit up front beside driver as co-pilot as bus was full in rear, if not full ask if you can sit up front as you get the best view, couldn't believe that nobody else didn't want this seat when asked.

This was a good tour for those visiting the Sydney area and who don't have an auto available. It met our objective of getting out of the city. The size of group was ideal, the driver was knowledgeable and communicative and the food was satisfactory.
I would have like to have more unstructured "out of bus" experience, but I also understand the time limitations. The organization of the return trip on the river was both a good idea and well executed.
It was good to do, especially if you don't have much time to spare in Oz. But it's a long day and much more of a whistle stop tour than anything substantial. Oh, and you don't get to HOLD the koalas.

Overpriced. This is not what I expected. May be worth going for a 4WD option if you like something individual. A lot of time is in coach. Scenic world is for kids. However, the country side is fabulous and the explanation of how the ecology works is pretty good.

Overall it was very good. Our guide was excellent in his information and delivery. At times we thought the info on the plants was a bit too much but there was enough of everything else to see and do. The kids especially enjoyed Featherdale, the rides and walk near the 3 sisters and the catamaran back into Sydney. I really liked being in the smaller coach and where we were able to go in it versus the big buses and just sticking to the highway. It's a good family outing if you have older kids, and a good way to see more of Sydney than just downtown.

Although our tour was detoured due to fires in the mountains, our driver/guide was fantastic. He went out of his way to insure an enjoyable tour for all of us. He was entertaining and a wealth of information. I would highly recommend any tour with him!

An enjoyable experience but seemed a bit rushed at times. The VIP breakfast was not VIP - instant coffee, no eggs etc. For a tour at this price level it should include passes for the Skyway cable car and train.

A lot more driving than I had anticipated and a few unnecessary stops. Would have liked a bit more time to walk around at various stops. Felt really rushed.
