The trip was fantastic. The guide driver was first class. The pick up driver spoiled the day for being grouchy, complaining he needed to pick up quests from 6 other hotels and sending our coffee to the trash bin saying safety policy. What excursion coach does not allow drinks on board?

We enjoyed the day, but the 45 minute stop in Leura was too long for a small street of mediocre shops, some of which weren't even open when we arrived. We enjoyed the mountains and wildlife park, wish we had some of that 45 minutes to spend there instead. Unfortunately our bus driver was so lazy and in such a hurry to get home that he didn't drop off people at their hotels, which was included in the price. He made them get out on unfamiliar streets and walk several blocks. Others he talked into paying extra to take a ferry back so he wouldn't have to bother with them at all.

We could have reduced the amount of time at the Blue Mountains from two hours to an hour and a half, and then increased the amount of time at the wildlife park where just one hour was definitely not enough. Also, it was very frustrating that so many of the party did not arrive back at the bus when requested, so we wasted a lot of time waiting for them. The wildlife park was wonderful.

The tour was able to locate some very good views of the Blue Mountains, but the day was too short and the time spent at each location was very limited. The Wildlife Tour was average; you basically went to a small zoo. The selection of animals to view was limited.

Not enough time in Leura village, hardly time to get a coffee therefore a waste of time. Blue Mountains trip very good and the bus driver was fantastic in telling everyone about the history and areas. However, I did not like the Wildlife Park. I have visited many zoos all over the world and feel this was one of the worst. It was dirty, many birds are kept in far too small cages, especially birds of prey.

This tour was fine, but could have been better. Too much time on the coach and not enough actually enjoying the scenery.

The Blue Mountains are not blue nor are they mountains - that is a paraphrase of what we were told by the coach driver on this trip. Thereafter my low expectations were consistently not met! The BBQ buffet was plentiful but lacked taste. The Skyway cable car was very expensive for a 5 minute ride. You probably get my drift when I say that I did not enjoy this particular trip! The only highlight was the visit to the Wildlife Park but we only had a short time there - the park should be the first stop and longer should be spent there.

With bush fires and things we were unable to see all of the Blue Mountains. We spent most of our trip travelling on a coach. The wildlife part was awful - arrived after 3pm and all the animals were asleep.
