The trip was great but we didn't get the trip we were booked on because you forgot to put it in the system and the bus was full. They did get us on another bus and we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day, our coach driver / guide was extremely informative. We also had beautiful weather. The only thing we would have liked was to have extra time at the Wildlife Preserve. 45-50 minutes wasn't long enough.

A lot of bus time but definitely worthwhile. Animal farm experience adds a lot.

Great potted tour of the Blue Mountains. Felt that it should of been longer, and not so long at the wildlife park.

Great trip, however, the voucher I downloaded from you incorrectly showed a picture of the zig zag railroad which was NOT part of the tour! I was disappointed in that.

Most of the tour was quite amazing. We were not able to complete the whole tour because of fire in the mountains. The prepaid meal was deplorable and the offerings confusing, not to mention very costly. Would rather have not prepaid.

The organisation and timing of all of the pick up and drop offs were very good. And the trips were exactly as described.

A good tour, but not brilliant value for money.

Mountains were fogged in, couldn't see much. Featherdale was good.

We could have reduced the amount of time at the Blue Mountains from two hours to an hour and a half, and then increased the amount of time at the wildlife park where just one hour was definitely not enough. Also, it was very frustrating that so many of the party did not arrive back at the bus when requested, so we wasted a lot of time waiting for them. The wildlife park was wonderful.

The tour was able to locate some very good views of the Blue Mountains, but the day was too short and the time spent at each location was very limited. The Wildlife Tour was average; you basically went to a small zoo. The selection of animals to view was limited.

Not enough time in Leura village, hardly time to get a coffee therefore a waste of time. Blue Mountains trip very good and the bus driver was fantastic in telling everyone about the history and areas. However, I did not like the Wildlife Park. I have visited many zoos all over the world and feel this was one of the worst. It was dirty, many birds are kept in far too small cages, especially birds of prey.
