Mountains are beautiful, rushed at Scenic World due to wait to get on rail and cable car. A traffic accident caused us to be late to the caves, so we were rushed there too. I'm sure it wouldn't always be that way. Awesome caves. Saw wallabies while driving. I wish the driver would have talked more.

Excellent visit to caves BUT the specific cave chosen for the group was done so without any warning as to the severity of the climb. Ours was rated the most severe. I only just managed, being 77 years old and having suffered a heart problem! An opportunity ought to be given to change the selection.

Visiting the Blue Mountains is a gamble with the weather, but some flexibility in the tour program does help. The caves were amazing and so well displayed - expertly done!

We had an amazing experience discovering the inner structures of the caves!

The only reason this got three stars not a four is that the morning of the tour, we got rained out so we couldn't see the Three Sisters Mountains. I was very disappointed and wish that they would have offered to schedule another day for us to accommodate our loss of the morning. I loved the caves, so did my mom, they were amazing and made up for the morning of rain!

It would be great if the city sights tours included more time so you could stop and look at things in more detail and get photos etc. For example, icons of Sydney like Mrs. Macquire's Chair, Opera House, Old Government House etc. Overall the tours are a great way to see the city and get a feel of the area. I would recommend to anyone who visits Sydney to use Viator. I had a ball.

This tour was very good, but allowed time is too short. Especially the amount of time in the Blue Mountains.

The Blue Mountains were amazing, wished we had more time to stop there. Not impressed with the Jenolan Caves. The driver was amazing, provided a very detailed and amusing history of the area and Australia.

Unfortunately, it was a rainy, foggy day when we arrived at the Blue Mountains, so we couldn't justify spending the extra money on the tram or gondola to go down into the valley. It was a beautiful location and I'm sure on a better day it would have been spectacular. At the Jenolan Caves we were in a group of about 55 people for our tour inside the caves, which was far too large a group. If you can request a smaller group, do it; otherwise you miss out on a lot of the guide's commentary and have to squeeze in to some viewing areas to get a good spot to see what he's actually talking about. We loved the caves, but the group was just too large. Otherwise, our driver was very friendly and had lots of trivia about the area and its history the whole day through. Perhaps avoid doing this tour on a public holiday, as our drive back to Sydney was about 5 hours on Easter Monday. Definitely great sites to visit, though!

We needed more time at Blue Mountains as we didn't get to try any of the rides, in fear the coach driver would leave without us which he said he would do. There were great views, but we would recommend seeing this on its own rather than combined with the caves. The Jenolan caves were okay. Our tour guide was entertaining, but in all honesty you need to have a fascination in rocks to really enjoy the experience. Be prepared to spend a lot of time on the coach to travel with few breaks to stretch your legs.

The caves were excellent, but our tour group had 77 people, which was far too many and could raise health and safety issues. The views were wonderful. There was too little time for lunch, which was not included in the tour cost. We queued for 40 minutes and only had 10 minutes to eat.

Because of bad traffic arrangement, we only had 25 minutes in the Blue Mountains. We couldn't try the Scenic Skyway and this was the main reason for us to join this tour.

The activity experienced for this 11 hour tour consisted of a 50 minute visit to the Blue Mountains, which is a totally inadequate amount of time and does not allow one to partake in any of the activities, or to enjoy the experience. This is followed by an overly long journey that ends with a 2.25 hours visit to the Jenolan Caves. The remaining 8 hours is spent traveling on a coach. In summary, the Caves are great, but certainly not worth the exhausting 8 hours round trip.
