As Pittwater emerges below, the flight heads inland to the Hawkesbury River and Brisbane Waters region before passing over the Central Coast to eventually land among the famed vineyards of the Hunter Valley, at the boutique Tower Estate Winery.

After landing, experience a private wine tasting before sitting down to a two-course gourmet lunch at Roberts Restaurant. The peaceful surrounds and genuine country hospitality of the Hunter Valley perfectly compliments the superb food and wine the area is renowned for.

9:25am - 9:45am: Transfer from your hotel in Sydney city to the Heliport at Sydney Airport

10:15am: Arrive at Mascot Heliport for check in and safety briefing

10:30am: Board helicopter

11:30am: Arrive at Hunter Valley

11:30am - 12:00pm: Private wine tasting at Tower Estate Winery

12:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch at Roberts Restaurant. All drinks are at your own cost.

2:00pm - 2:15pm: Ground time allowed for walk to helicopter, boarding etc.

2:15pm - 3:15pm: Return Flight to Mascot Heliport
