Great fun, the first winery is a real ice-breaker! At 11.30am!

Don't think we went to best wineries! Diver was in a rush to get back therefore no stops/breaks in the afternoon.

I was under the impression that this would be a tour of the wineries. Be able to see the entire process of how wine is made from start to finish. It was only wine tasting. As far as that goes, it was a wonderful time and the guide was very knowledgeable.

The tour guide was too chatty. We were hurried through the wineries to tour the valley with no stops. The guide took us through the hill & valleys of Hunter Valley which took valuable time off the wine experiences. The first winery 'ships' to the U.S. but he didn't explain that was the only one that provided the service.
