Tickets were easy to book and pick-up at the Box Office on day went smoothly. AIDA was magnificent and it was intriguing to see how Graeme Murphy portrayed such a grand opera on to a small stage - and he did it beautifully - well worth traveling from Canberra.

It was not very colourful, but it was appropriate. The singing and acting were gripping, and the subtitles were very helpful. I could easily become an addict of opera if they were all like this one.

An unbelievable experience. Would do it again in a second.

The opera was magical; good seats, wonderful atmosphere. On attending box office to pick up the 4 tickets with voucher, there were no tickets - the agent could recognise I'd paid and booked through Viator, so produced replacement tickets. This was a bit of a shock, having booked 4 months in advance and having driven up from Canberra. However, after that hiccup, everything was wonderful.

Superb venue, wonderful production, stunning sound, beautiful music, stellar singing and having Greg Norman and Chris Evert sitting in front of us - WOW!

Madame Butterfly was a wonderful experience. The tickets were at the box office and we had excellent seats! We were disappointed that we were not able to see the other concert halls.

Great experience, perhaps Bizet not my favourite.

First part was excellent. After the break it was not so amusing anymore.

Everything worked to plan and no trouble with accessing tickets despite having booked on line. The only bad thing was that we had to wait and be escorted through the bowels of the house through all the scenery and boxes and then into a service lift. Your two guests were aged 86 and 70 years respectively and could not manage all the stairs up to the circle. A poor introduction to an otherwise fabulous night.

It was normal. Nothing absolutely over the top. We booked dinner at the gourmet restaurant, but the windows were so dirty that we canceled.
