Fantastic guide and day! Nigel was amazing and took us on an incredible hike from top to bottom and back up again past waterfalls in addition to setting us up with a delicious and scenic lunch and tickets (optional) to the Scenic Rail and Cableway and Skyway. It was wonderful to have a small group and lots of commentary. The River Cruise back to Sydney was a bit strange however, waiting for many groups to be combined on the ferry and without enough seating. The good news is that the ferry boat stopped at both Darling Harbor and Circular Quay....one could buy drinks...and it was scenic!

Love it!
As a young professional, I rarely have an opportunity to do some real hiking and have an intimate view of nature during most scenic tours. This tour includes both of these.
The guide (Nigel) is in his late 50's/early 60's with a belly, and this man CAN trek. He has a wonderful sense of humour and takes people to routes that are less travelled. He keeps saying everyone "does not have to be fitness superstars to do this"... well, needless to say, everyone outside Australia are NOT AS FIT AS the locals! :)
But once I completed the tour, I feel physically energized and definitely more alive. The older few older couples in my group tour also participated in the hikes, and based on my observation, they had a pleasant time.
Highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend this tour, it was a very good day and packed with thing to do. Our tour guide Nigel was brilliant he was very chatting and funny, and was happy to answer any questions that anyone had. There also extras that you can do during the day and Nigel made sure that the people on the tour that didn't want to take part in the extras still did something and saw some lovely sites instead of just sitting and waiting for the other people to finish. Was a wonderful day and would do it again tomorrow.

We were picked up promptly at our preassigned hotel, and headed off in a van for our day in the Blue Mountains. We had quite an international group that day, and it was interesting sharing experiences with one another. Our driver/guide was quite knowledgeable, and went out of his way to accommodate any special requests we had. As is common in these mountains it was rainy the day we went and so a clear view of the three sisters was not to be. If you were patient enough the clouds would clear briefly and you could catch a glimpse of the rocks. We stopped in a couple of small villages and had time to shop, get a snack, or just enjoy the architecture. The driver took into account the weather conditions of the day and made appropriate changes so everyone had good experiences. The wild animal park was interesting, not our first in Australia, so the fact that the visit was short didn't bother us. The concluding cruise back into the city was a lovely end to the day. I would recommend this tour over the ones that are with larger groups. With the smaller vehicle we could travel more easily through the narrow streets in the villages. All in all a great day.

This is a very fun tour. Steve did an excellent job to not only show the sites, but also answer all the questions I had about Sydney and Australia, a great introduction for my time in the country.

This was a wonderful tour!! A variety of activities during the day, and having a small group was great. The Blue Mountains were lovely, even though the day started out foggy and rainy. Our guide was great. He gave us really good information throughout the day, and adapted well to changes caused by weather conditions. After the Blue Mountains, we stopped for lunch in Katoomba. It was a lovely town and we enjoyed it a lot. Then the wildlife stop was very nice. We got to touch animals and see lots of native Australian creatures. The day concluded with a quick drive through the Olympic park and a relaxing river cruise back into Sydney. I really enjoyed the variety of activities incorporated into this tour. Just be prepared for a very long, but enjoyable day.

This was an excellent tour! Our tour guide, Mark, really took time to make sure everyone got as much out of the day as possible. Featherdale was the best of the zoos we visited in Sydney, and the Blue Mountains were stunning. This really was the best day of our trip. We would definitely recommend it!

The tour was brilliant. We went with my sister-in-law who lives in Sydney and has been on many Blue Mountain tours over the past 20 years but this was by far the best one she had been on. For me it was also one of the best tours I've ever been on. The small group, great tour guide/driver and the informal places we went to, finishing off with a delightful boat trip back to Sydney harbour made this one of the best day (if not the best day) of our 4 week holiday.

First thing to mention was the tour company went out of their way to help us out after we missed our initial pick up - they sent another bus to pick us up and took us to meet up with the original bus. This was service above and beyond what I expected as it was my fault we missed the bus in the first place. The trip was made exceptional by our tour guide Nigel. He was funny and informative and went the extra mile to make our trip special. The Blue Mountains were one of the highlights of our trip - especially the walkabout near the Wentworth Falls. Would highly recommend this company and say it was very good value too. If you want top spec coaches this probably isn't for you but if you want great value and very good guides then I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I really enjoyed this tour. It took us to areas outside of Sydney that I normally would not have gone too. It was interesting to be able to go to the wildlife part and see the Koalas and Kangaroos up close. It was also interesting to see the waterfalls in the blue mountains and to take the river boat ride back to Sydney.

The weather WAS HORRIBLE and there were no mountains to be seen... The guide however was a really great guy, upbeat, not his fault on the weather of course, but he was more than willing to field questions on Australia and Sydney, he really liked his job, everyone had a good time DESPITE the yucky weather! Recommended.

Considering the high cost of everything in Australia, it was a good value. The group was relatively small and the driver/guide was excellent.

Tour was fantastic! Our guide, Steve was so helpful and funny. We saw everything in the tour description. The blue mountains were beautiful! Very happy we chose this tour, as we were only in Australia for a short time and wanted to make the most if it. Steve ensured that we definitely got our moneys worth and had a great time! With the small group, we were able to make friends with the others and have a great day!
The only thing I would say was negative was that we were on a tight schedule for most of the day, but I guess that's what you get with all day trip tours. Can't wait to return and take another trip!

Fantastic!
Steve was an incredible guide.
The experience was one I will do again when I return to Sydney.
I wish I had more time to sight see.
