What a wonderful, wonderful tour!
Our tour guide Mark was lovely, funny and knowledgeable in one. He took us to three excellent wineries (each one was so different and yet I found something I loved in each one). We also quickly visited a cheese factory and had lunch at the Hunter Valley Gardens. :)

this review is actually quite funny as when we were getting ready to go our driver Nigel (who i fell in love with explain later) i thought the poor guy was gonna go into cardiac arrest he was so stressed. so at first i was like well lets just drink anyway, and not bother with him, however he turned around 100% within the first 20 min of driving and was so funny....he took us around and we had a great day at the last winery we even danced on the terrace together. so Nigel if you read this, loved yourr swing music, and our brief terrace dance!!! One thing i did not enjoy was the second winery (will not name names) they were very pushy and all they cared about was the sale, they rushed us through the entire presentation and we werent allowed to look around, it was rotten .....but its all made up at the last winery with those ladies great wonderful women!!!!!!

A good trip, took in a lot - didn't feel too rushed most of the time, but might have preferred slightly longer for lunch and to come back a bit later. Wineries good although only 1 cheese "tasting". Still, a great way to get out of Sydney to see the Hunter Valley (part of it anyway!) in a day.

this experience was grately enhanced by it being a small group tour, learned a lot about wine although some of the cellar door prices are quite expensive
