Service was great. Our travel agent in the U.K. made a mistake with the time of our flight to Ayers Rock. The operator picked up on this mistake and gave us a call on the morning of departure to say that they would be picking us up earlier than arranged. It was a rush but if it was not for the operator, we would have missed our flight.

Through unforeseen circumstances, we missed our scheduled pickup from our hotel. We made an emergency call to Viator, and they very kindly contacted our driver, who luckily for us was able to return to the hotel to pick us up. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight home. Thank you, Viator; we will use your service again and will have no hesitation in recommending your company to our friends and relatives.
