A good commentary from a friendly coach driver. Good views of the Sydney Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Enjoyed seeing both the city and outer harbour and beaches. The cruise buffet lunch was plentiful and provides a good opportunity to see Sydney from a different perspective.

This trip was totally worth doing. It was easy to book and convenient for pick up. It was a great way to get an overview of the city and the driver was so informative and friendly.

Tour operator did not seek us out at concierge as listed on our instructions. Had to get a taxi to bus terminus to join the tour. Otherwise, excellent day and Harbour cruise lunch.

Started off great, on time and great morning tour. Lunch cruise was very nice and good food. Delta was that our driver never picked us up for the second half of the tour so we missed out on Bondi Beach. Disappointing.

I didn't enjoy this tour compared to the Blue Mountains and wildlife tour, which was so much better. I wasn't aware that it is two tours put together--on the first tour you start to make your way back at 11.20ish to take the people who are going on the cruise back to Sydney, so this morning tour finished at 11.45! Then the afternoon tour doesn't start till 2.15; there was a delay in the cruise people coming back, so we didn't start till after 2.30 and then finished at 5.30 just in time for rush hour, so the bus driver wouldn't take us to our hotels because the traffic was bad. I wouldn't recommend doing the day tour. The morning tour was the best. I would make own arrangements to go to Bondi Beach, because it's the only thing worthwhile on the afternoon tour. Expensive tour for what you do and actual time spent touring.

During lunch, if you opted not to do the cruise, you were left to your own devices to find a meal, which had not been explained ahead of time. The trip was basically an enclosed bus ride with a brief commentary.

Our 'Sydney in a Day Tour' was actually very good. The early start-time would have been fine if we had been notified of our exact pick-up time a day in advance. Consequently, we missed our tour on Saturday due to a lack of communication between the supplier to the customer and had to reschedule for Sunday. On Sunday, the rescheduling had obviously been incomplete or had been inadequately recorded for whatever reason, as the company only had my travelling buddy and I down for a half-day tour which was incorrect. We had paid for a full day Sydney tour a week in advance through Viator. To their credit, they allowed us to continue on our day long trip in spite of verification issues.
However, my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the day long tour. The scenic points and sights of Sydney were great, there was adequate time for lunch, and the coach driver was very hospital and accommodating. We would recommend Viator and to future travellers. However, the service could be improved by providing travellers with details regarding their pick-up time from their hotels a day in-advance. It should not be left to the customer to contact the service, particularly when dealing with international travellers and guests who may require such prompting and general assistance.
A nice day but could have been better. Lunch time crockery could been cleaner, light brown rings on cups are a bit off putting!

I visited most of the tourist attractions in one day, however, it was too much to take in in one day. It could have been better if there were a few minutes to stop at each place.

The tour was good but the lunch cruise was bad. The food was on one level and the seating other. The service was non existent with no drinks service to speak of.
