I was catching a bus from the airport to another city and the driver checked with me straight away and asked was I sure I wanted to go to the Arrivals when logically I should have been going to Departures. Really appreciated it as it's so easy to get confused sometimes when travelling.

I didn't know where to meet the shuttle, so I waited in the front of my hotel. That was not where I was supposed to be however, the driver came to the front to check on me. If he hadn't, I would have never gotten my ride.

I have to say I had a great experience. My driver was a very pleasant, personable and polite man. We talked and laughed the whole way to the airport. He made it so easy. My son is in Sydney studying and is going to need to get to the airport in Nov. As soon as I arrived home I booked his transfer asap. Hopefully my driver will be his driver. Thank you for making this pleasant.
