Sydney Harbour, the cradle of Australian history, has been renowned for its spectacular beauty since the early days, when Captain James Cook, in 1770, first discovered the safe anchorage and named it Port Jackson. - Carpaccio of rare Angus fillet sliced wafer thin, on a bed of kipfler potato, leek and baby endive drizzled with lemon infused olive oil
- Vegetarian antipasto - marinated mushrooms, flame grilled artichoke hearts and bell peppers, penne and fresh asparagus olive oil dressing

- Fillet of Tasmanian salmon with roast chat potatoes asparagus and citrus hollandaise sauce
- Supreme of free-range chicken roasted Italian-style with sage and pancetta, mash potatoes, steamed English spinach, frizzled leeks and rosemary jus
