The experience was pleasant. The choice of meals and accompany wines were well thought through and well presented. The entertainment was also appropriate. We will be doing it again.

The food was ok but the service was not so good. As the waiter who led us to the table even didn't remember which table we were assigned to and was very blunt in his attitude towards us. The cabaret was real disappointing. Without the over-priced bottle of wine we had, it would have been almost close to unbearable! They should seriously reconsider the repertoire and a new singer! We were to disembark at around 9 to 930PM but we actually did at around 1130!!! That was way too late for us as we had something else planned on that night!!! It was extremely annoying!

The staff need to engage the passengers more during the cruise. There should be some party games or housie or a gaming lounge.

The cruise of the Harbor was nice, and the views were great. Our food was average; the first course was lukewarm, the main course was like good seminar food. If you did not drink alcoholic drinks, there was not a choice of drink other than coffee or water. While we enjoyed ourselves, it could have been a lot better!

Food was OK, but served room temperature. The entertainment singers were putting on a concert NOT providing background music so it was very loud. Night view of Sydney was awesome but overall not a tour we'd do again.

We were a little embarrassed in that our booking did not show on the boats records when we arrived. It was extremely lucky that they had spare seating for us.

Service was poor since they seem to cater to larger groups. Since we were celebrating our 40th anniversary on that cruise, we felt ignored considering the price of the cruise. Otherwise the music and food served was very good.
