Very impressed, great cruise and good food. Definitely worth recommending to others. Feel places of interest could have been pointed out from the captain's bridge.

The waiter was nice and friendly, but the food was very average. Luckily the trip and the view were excellent. So we did not care if the food was very average.

Small meals, no entertainment. It was OK.

Since I went during the fall, the sun set early. The departure time could be earlier so more of the sunset could be enjoyed while on the cruise. Other than that, no complaints!

We paid extra for guaranteed window seats, but the windows weren't clean. We also expected some brief commentary as we went round the harbour, but there was nothing - some people may prefer this. The food was ok, could have been hotter, the service was very good.

The service was very slow. We finished the meal just as we about to tie up. No time to go on deck after. The drink service was even worse as we had to call the waiter for the 1st drink and every time after.

The boat was nice and clean and the staff friendly, but unfortunately the food wasn't anything particularly special, nor was it hot.

We waited a long time for drinks, and it appeared that overseas people got better service. The main meal was okay, but the vegetables tasted like they had been frozen. All in all, the food wasn't hot enough. The highlight was, of coruse, the view.

The sunset was beautiful, and the cruise was relaxing. The food was not what I expected, and for what I paid, it didn't look too fresh. Other than that, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were very friendly.

On the way to the wharf, I called to ask if there was any chance of changing my booking as it looked like I would be 5min late. The lady at reception told me 5min would be okay and they would hold the departure, but no longer. When I got there, the ship was still at the wharf and the lady in the ticket booth was quite rude to me telling me they don't hold departure times. Luckily, someone from the ship called her as I was standing there and my partner and I were able to board. Although the trip was nice, the sun DID NOT SET. Departure times should coincide with actual sun setting times of each season. The cruise itself was a good experience, just the customer service at the ticket booth could have improved - one bad encounter could ruin the entire trip!

The trip was not at sunset as suggested as sunset was 2 hours after we returned to Sydney. Both of us received as plate full of cold vegetables that were barely cooked at all, we were sat near the doors at the front of the boat and every other passengers chose to continuously go out onto deck totally blocking our view and blowing our tableware up every time the door was opened.

We were not offered any further drinks, besides the small bottle of white wine on our table when we got there. Despite the menu saying "unlimited wine". When desert arrived there was mold on the strawberries, I told the waiter and he looked at me like "what do you want me to do about it". It really didn't make our wedding anniversary memorable like I expected!
