The fine old sailing ship is the only way to experience the views of Sydney on the harbour. The food was delicious and the staff very informative and helpful. As the winds picked up I helped set the sails which gave me a taste of how the great old ships sailed the seven seas and how hard the sailors worked. Silent and graceful. A perfect end to my holiday
