The one hour tour was just right from a time standpoint. We saw all we needed or wanted to. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

Enjoyable experience but not for the faint hearted as there are a lot of steps. The concert hall was spectacular.

Got off to a bad start when some of the theatres were closed for rehearsals and all the trips were full on the day we booked. Managed to get in later with a guide who was prepared to accept extra people.
Also the tour joining instructions given were incorrect so we were not impressed initially. The tour itself was ok but the theatre restrictions were annoying but understandable. Overall it wasn't the best tour we had during our stay in Sydney.
I expected to see the main auditorium; that was the whole purpose of my visit. So I was very disappointed that we did not see it.

It would have been better if we could have seen other areas.

This tour was absolutely not wheelchair friendly.

The tour little on the brief side, and it would have been nice to see more of the interior, but this was worth doing to see the inside of this iconic venue other than at performance time.
