It was great up there, but the atmosphere wasn't fantastic. The lady on the front desk was rude to us. It seemed to take 20 mins to get drinks each time.

The overall experience was good, but did not compare with the Auckland NZ Tower, which included a visit to the viewing gallery either before or after the meal, and gave better value for money.

This is a nice meal, with lots of choices. Great views. Although, you have to go back down and pay to go up the tower again if you want to do anything else there.

Great view. Just priceless. The food selection was limited, but the Indian food was just to die for. The service was a big letdown, though. It could well be the worse service I have ever had while dinning out. However, other than the service, it was good and I would recommend to go there at least once for the view alone.

We were disappointed after visiting Sydney Tower point for dinner on 18/10. We were a group of 4 dinners and we all felt the same. The food was not fresh, Morton bay bugs were tasteless, the prawns were small, very soft and tasteless. The other food was cafeteria standard. Most of it looked like mush. The worst thing was that one of the chefs was not wearing gloves while handling the food. He was filling small Pavlovs with cream, then reached into the fruit salad bowl with his ungloved hand picking up the fruit to decorate the Pavlovs. We were disgusted. The cost to us was $85.00 per person--a total rip off. Since this experience, would not recommend this venue to eat, only for the view. After speaking to hotel staff at the Crowne Plaza, taxi drivers and the general public, we have found a lot of dissatisfied people with same experience that we had. I hope you can do something about the food, as the view is excellent.

I was a little disappointed in the buffet. The view was spectacular, but the buffet was limited for vegans or vegetarians. I would think it would be for all types since it cost so much.

The whole thing has gone off the boil. The food was average, and the toilets were disgusting. Thank God for the view or you would have nothing.

View was lovely, but the restaurant itself was just like an RSL club at 5x the price. Not the place for a romantic meal but ok for a family with small kids or if you want to stuff your face and make a mess.
