We were met at the airport by the driver holding up a sign with our name on so that made us feel good to know someone would get us to our hotel without any hassle. He helped with the luggage and was very courteous. We would use Viator again.

After traveling 24 hours, we love seeing a driver holding our name on a sign outside baggage claim. We have used Viator's transfers elsewhere and find them safe and simple. Pre-paying means no immediate need for converting $'s and no haggling. It was much cheaper than a hotel car. Thanks Viator.

Lien,our Limo driver was great and very helpful-deserves a promotion! Also the tour coordinator Lillian was so nice and very professional-she even helped us looke for a nicer hotel.

Excellent service. Would recommend because of the distance out of the city to the airport and the location of the accommodation.
Some areas of Taipei are not as accessible as Hong Kong and the MRT is not quite as user friendly

Definitely much better than taking the bus, especially after a long flight. If the airport is busy, the forest of name boards at arrival can make it tricky to find your driver - you may need to take two or three trips through the forest until you spot the board with your name.
Service was great. They were waiting for us and we reached our hotel in about 30 mins.
We were met promptly as we came out of Customs as described in the instructions, and escorted to our car where our bags were loaded and our driver safely drove us to our hotel in town and unloaded our bags. I could not have asked for better service. I will definitely use Viator again on my future travels.
Worked perfectly - driver was waiting at arrivals, very comfortable car with complimentary bottled water.
Everything worked fine. Driver was waiting for us at the exit and got us to the hotel in quick time. Very efficient.

Fantastic service - waiting with name card at a 10:30pm arrival and smooth travel into the city to the hotel. Driver did not speak English but was really friendly and lots of laughs at our attempted commuinication.
