Definitely much better than taking the bus, especially after a long flight. If the airport is busy, the forest of name boards at arrival can make it tricky to find your driver - you may need to take two or three trips through the forest until you spot the board with your name.
Service was great. They were waiting for us and we reached our hotel in about 30 mins.
We were met promptly as we came out of Customs as described in the instructions, and escorted to our car where our bags were loaded and our driver safely drove us to our hotel in town and unloaded our bags. I could not have asked for better service. I will definitely use Viator again on my future travels.

The driver was on time and waiting for us upon our arrival holding a sign with our name clearly written on it. The whole experience from purchase of transfer voucher, confirmation of itinerary and actual transfer service was very smooth. The van was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with lots of luggage.
