What You Can Expect
While cruising the Gulf's calm inland waters, take a stroll along the observation deck to watch a spectacular sunset, take in views of the area's lovely beaches and look for dolphins frolicking in the water.
Then take your seat at your dining table, with large picture windows capturing the view. Choose from a menu of continental cuisine featuring 10 main course selections, from stuffed shrimp to New Zealand rack of lamb, roast chicken to surf and turf.
Your meal includes an appetizer, salad, French bread and dessert. Coffee and tea are also served, and you can order drinks and cocktails (own expense) from the bar.
After dinner, enjoy some romantic stargazing outside on the deck or dance to your favorite songs from the 1960s to the 1990s and beyond.
