What an easy process to arrange a shuttle. It is a nice break for family making multiple trips to the Tampa airport for family reunion. It worked so well for me that we scheduled a return to the airport for one relative and an arrival shuttle for another. A good value for decreasing the stress of travel.

shuttle was great but the 800 staff's way of handling this shuttle.. what a mess once I got to the airport!!!!

Completely satisfied. First time using this shuttle company. Very courteous, polite, on time and fast. We got to our destination quickly and safely. It will not be the last time we will be using your services.

The counter to claim my trip was accesible at the airport, the lady was very helpfull. The driver was responsable and he pcik me up at the time span (10 minutes) that the lady told me he will be there. He inform the travelers the route and ask if there was any problem with it in order for him to change it. I feel pleased with the service and actually I called fand book my trip to take me back to he airport on departure date.

upon arrival into Tampa - over a 1 hour wait for pick up
Departure was much better - Ron was on time and kept us aware of what was happening on the trip to Tampa Airport

This went pretty smoothly except our driver was not a very happy person, he should get a new job.
