Both ends of the trip were friendly and efficient.
It was a great relief to have transportation already set up for our arrival in Tampa. The transportation area was easy to find, and our driver was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend and plan to use them for my next visit. Also a very good value, as we needed to take a taxi back to the airport at the end of our vacation and found the price was almost double!

The woman in the booth at the airport was rude. She just pointed to where I should wait for the driver. Other than that, the service and drivers were excellent.
Trip was as slow as expected,but was surprised to find out that the actual shuttle cost was 25% less thah the charge from Viator, so no more booking through Viator
When we arrived there was no van to meet us, had to argue with the lady at the transfer operator that our ticket was legitimate, had the same problem last year, your booking system needs great improvement.
We reserved ahead. We waited 15-20 minutes in waiting room before van appeared, then got in and waited at the pickup point several minutes before driver started, then he went to a holding area upstairs, waited there, then back to the loading area.and repeated the steps. After another round, another passenger got in who was going to a private home several blocks off 4h St not far north of our destination at 54th Ave N at the throughway. He took her there first, which seemed unfair to us as we had waited a long time, and he could have gone down the expressway in minutes direct to 54th, then taken her home. He seemed not familiar with the territory.
