An agent from Supershuttle was waiting at the port and guided us to our van. The process was very smooth!

outstandingon that morning the staff of my complex started pouring a concrete walk from my front door to the sidewalk!!! the driver was early and assisted my boarding and my luggage, he had not been informed i had a handicap scooter, but he was gracious and creative and got the scooter loaded and the luggage on top .thanks and i will always use your service

Departure was pretty smooth. Only problem was; why was I on a Super Shuttle? Do you actually have any Viator vans? It took a while to find out that I had check in at a Super Shuttle booth.

the driver was very nice, attentive. We did wait quite a while and the last 2 people we were waiting for never showed up- while we sat in the van 4 supershuttles passed us.

All went well, but two things:
1) Contacting the shuttle office within 24 hours difficult on a cruise. No international cell, but cruise line let me use their phone.
2) Not clear Viator shuttle was actually Super Shuttle.

The service was good. The ship docked at a different dock than usual so there was some confusiion as to where to meet. The van did eventually come to our dock and we boarded and went to the airport. The driver was very nice and helpful with the bags. I would definitely use this service again.

We had to wait over 2 hours even after we checked in with the on-site representative of Shuttle (he was very nice an apologetic) . Vans came and left over and over...He didn't have our reservation number. Frustrating. Will not use them again..... Made it just in time to the airport.

Poor lack of communication between Viator, and shuttles, I had to call Ann's confirm my scheduled pick ups three times, and waited over an hour for ride to my cruise, Other drivers for we're not helpful

Even though we had confirmed our reservation we had to wait over an hour and a half for the shuttle to get to the airport. We were very unhappy with this service.

I have used this shuttle company at other airports but this experience was not good. We stopped at one pick up more than one time before we left and the driver was so worried about his "message system" he was not driving very well. It was also not communicated very well that after I paid and made this reservation I had to call again and make another reservation? Why do I have to do this twice? Not a good system at all.
