good service
outstandingon that morning the staff of my complex started pouring a concrete walk from my front door to the sidewalk!!! the driver was early and assisted my boarding and my luggage, he had not been informed i had a handicap scooter, but he was gracious and creative and got the scooter loaded and the luggage on top .thanks and i will always use your service
This was a terrbile experience. We exited the cruise lines and there was nothing. No signs, no indications or anything on where to go to get the shuttle. We were not alone in this. And when we did finally find the guy, nestled in some parking garage, it took forever to finally get one and get to the airport. Very happy I had a later flight or my vacation relaxation would have been right out the window. next time i will just take a cab, it was actually cheaper!
It was a really bad trip. The van driver tried to put way to many people in the van. The coordinator was awful. He would not work with the van driver and stood in the way of the van so we could not leave. The dispatcher was no help in directilng me to find the coordinator. Once we found him we had to walk a block to see where the van was parked. I'll never use this service again.
