We were very happy with your service. We were picked up at our hotel in good time and delivered to the Airport promptly and safely. Drivers were most accommodating and very pleasant.

Some vans for the airport shuttle were out of service. A limo pulled up and the driver explained the company did not want to delay us so sent him!

I had some doubts about the shuttle due to my experience on arrival (see other review).I was surprised when the driver stopped at an apparent vacation rental or part-time residence in this complex of stucco homes since I had had some trouble previously convincing the person to whom I spoke on the phone that I was staying at a commercial cottage rental and not a private cottage. The person on the phone told me I would have to check with the dfriver as to whether or not he would take me or require more money, so that was less than the confirmation I was hoping for but thankfullly the very pleasant driver did accept my voucher.
The experience with the shuttle was what you would expect for an economy ride to your destination. The process was a little confusing, especially the need for "checking in" at the airport booth, but we made it to our destination safe and timely.
