This was absolutely fabulous in spite of the cold bitter winter winds during the trip! My visitors from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, were enthralled with Tasmania's Gordon River, the whole cruise, the scrumptious lunch and of course the wonderful, informative and helpful staff! All seven of us were most impressed! Thank you for providing us such a memorable experience.

We had friendly staff, and had a fun day. This is well worth doing.

The crew was very friendly and helpful and was willing to answer any questions along the way. The scenery was just magnificent, even on a dull showery day. The commentary on board was very interesting and the stop and tour of Sarah Island was brilliant. The reflections in the water made for some very beautiful photos. Overall it was a very picturesque and relaxing day.

We absolutely loved the trip, beautiful scenery, nice meal, staff were excellent. Our only minor complaint was that we booked weeks in advance for cruise only to find people who booked only the day before actually got to sit up in front seats of boat, whereas we were down the back.

I took my husband to Tasmania as a surprise for his 50th birthday, we loved Tassie. There were some very pretty places, but the river cruise on the Premier Upper Deck was the highlight for us, we were treated like royalty by our two hosts all day long & the running commentary from our captain was very informative. The Gordon River was picture perfect, the reflections of the Huon Pines were very clear in the river. We will definitely be recommending the the Gordon River Cruise to all of our friends.

The trip started with the warmest welcome it was possible to receive, it made us feel that our custom really mattered. When the captain came on board, his persona put us at complete ease. The commentary left no doubt the man was fully conversant with the harbour and the area. You have one of the most magnificent areas in the world, how blessed we are in Australia. Most are too blind to appreciate the fact. This is a trip that I would recommend to anyone and is a venture I would do again. You provide a truly excellent service, please never overlook that fact, make no changes that would detract from that. Again thank you for the chance to observe one of nature's wonders.

The 4 of us had a great day, the horrid weather was not even a damper, spot the pun. The tour guide on Sarah Island was great, wish we had more time with him. The commentary on the boat was very informative. As for the lunch, I would do it again just for that!!!

Apart from a glitch which changed the leadership, everything went well.
