One of the best day tours I have been on anywhere in the world. Wonderful scenery, great history, well informed guides, helpful service, great food, spotlessly clean facilities. This trip exceeded my expectations and was good value.

Booked this just days before going to Tasmania. Got up at 4.30am to get down to Strahan by departure time of 8.30. Prompt boarding ,lovely boat with great seating options and views, we were allowed out on the decks which gave us a great view of the absolutely stunning scenery on offer.

Well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The play area at the front of the boat was perfect for our 2 year old.

Our party enjoyed the Gordon River Cruise very much. On the outward journey it was raining heavily, but in hindsjght this added to the atmosphere of the tour. On the return journey the rain had cleared . The tour of Sarah Island was excellent and dispelled some of the myths that had ben presented in history books over the years. The guide on this tour was one of the best I had ever heard. The climax of the trip was the presentation of the story of the Ship That Never Was. In all a great trip which I highly recommend.

A lovely day on "Lady Jane Franklin 2", great to get out through the heads of Macquarie Harbour, good reflections on the Gordon, lovely forest walk at Heritage Landing, very entertaining presentation on Sarah Island, and delicious lunch. Very much enjoyed too by our NZ guest. Recommended!

Absolutely fantastic. The facilities on the Lady Jane Franklyn II were well above expectations and the Captain and crew made our cruise informative and comfortable. Exhilarating on the open top deck exposed to the wild Tasmanian weather. Great views from inside with wonderful food and drinks.
