Everything went as arranged I was very impressed as this is my first experience doing tours from an outside source not the cruise ship. The tour was good and very informative.

We enjoyed this tour since we were able to see much of the countryside. Learning about the Maori and their culture was a highpoint.
The guide was very knowledgeable had a terrific day with her. Realized have way through the tour that it was her company as she usually doesn't go out on tours any more so we were lucky. Would definitely tell people to go on this tour, good explanations, wonderful things to see, lovely spot for lunch and good value. Linda from Vancouver
This tour was fantastic. Graeme our driver was great, highly recommend it. Great tour for the price compared to the tours from the ship. Had great weather enjoyed the experience at the Whakarewarewa Village and all the places we visited on this tour.
A very good tour covering lots of aspects of Rotorua. Our ship arrived 3 hours later than expected into port but a bus was ready for us, as we had been assured it would be when we advised Viator of the change to our ship's itinerary. The Maori village was very interesting and our guide there was very informative. The commentary on the bus trip was also very interesting and we had a great day.
We had a great day. Coach driver was very knowledgeable. Lunch location was good, catered for my coeliac food. The driver rang ahead to make sure there was suitable food available. We were back at the ship in plenty of time.
great tour guide both on the bus and at the thermal site. Worth the money.
I was extremely pleased with the complete tour. It was everything discribed in the description. Guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would definitely suggest your tour company again.
Great tour, interesting place to visit and a very knowledgeable tour driver.
Fantastic excursion. All the sights and scenery were impressive, but also driver Kevin, who is a living history book about the area. The Viator guarantee makes this top value and an easy way to save a lot of money compared to ship price for similar.
The scenery from Tauranga to Rotorua alone was worth the tour. The Maori village was a dramatic experience. Maori group was colorful and unexpectedly talented.
Graeme was exceptional and added personal local information to the tour.
Good trip really interesting and great driver/guide. Loved the fact that there was a guarantee to get me back to the ship on time.
Rainy weather caused the tour guide to change a little bit of our itinerary however, he was very accommodating and very well organized about making sure we saw as much as possible. We went to the working Maori village and had an excellent tour, as well as we managed to be there at the right time to see the geyser in the thermal village go off. I was thankful of all their organization to make sure we saw what we could and enjoyed ourselves. The place selected for us to get lunch was very good quality and in a nice location as well.
A wonderful tour to Rotorua - despite being an hour late off the ship due to docking issues. The bus picked us up right near the ship with very friendly and helpful staff guiding us to our bus. Our driver was funny and informative - and a very safe driver. Highly recommend this trip.
We had a wonderful tour with Shona, can't recommend it highly enough. Just the two of us on the tour so she used the total time to show us some extra spots. We had a wonderful day, thank you Shona. our booking experience was without fault. All went to plan, thank you a great experience.
We enormously enjoyed our Sea Princess tour around New Zealand late Oct. thru early Nov. 2014.
Being our first cruise, it took a few days to orient ourselves around the ship but soon got used to it aided by the supplied map of the ship. Particularly convenient was the "Ship-card" - which was all we needed to unlock our stateroom and to pay for everything necessary, including drinks, gifts and land excursions.
ALL staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous and the on-board entertainment, lectures and amenities were first class.
Particularly "dangerous" was the food, of which we cannot speak too highly - tempting ALL tastes.
My wife and I took a zillion pictures and videos (we are enthusiastic photographers) and have been busy, since our return, processing and arranging them - particularly the videos and panoramas for the enjoyment of out family and friends.
We are already planning another cruise for early next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this day and it's an experience that will stay with us forever, our tour guide went out of his way to make the day a memorable one
Very happy with the itinerary and the driver/guide was very good and knowlageble
Great day out, was enjoyable. Excellent bus driver and service from the company used.
This tour was fantastic. There were only four of us in the group, and the guide was brilliant. He took his time to show us the sights. Felt very safe with his driving. The tour to the Mauri village was interesting and included a cultural show as well as a guided tour within the village.

This was a great tour-one of our favourites. The weather was very wet sadly but the driver Graeme made it all worthwhile. Not only was he very informative and local traditions, landscape and just life in general, ne was happy to take questions, but it was obvious he enjoyed his job. The venue was lunch was quaint and if it had been sunny it would have been very pretty spot. The kiwi farm was really interesting too and the shop there had lots of products to choose from. The visit to the maori village and springs and show was fantastic - really enjoyable hearing about their way of life and listening to their singing.
Fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed this informative and entertain tour. Everything was as described on the Viator website and following the email instructions found Graeme our drive/ guide waiting for us. We travelled in a mini-bus with about 10 other cruise passengers and the small size of the party ensured we weren't waiting for lots of people to get back to the coach. Graeme gave us lots of information en route about the country, culture, economy, and wildlife. We had a wonderful day with just the right amount of time to spend in each place. Would happily recommend this tour to cruise visitors as it 'packed' so much in to port day without feeling rushed.
By far one of the best tours. Saw so much between Tauranga and Rotorua such a beautiful spot. Mauri experience was fantastic. This was one of my favourite tours
