We were picked up at 7am, and taken to the meeting site...We boarded the Jerusalem Dead Sea tour...we brought snacks and bottle water for the road trip,(its a long day, highly recomend it..) our tour guide was very informative and nice...the holy city is amazing a must see, before the dead sea we stopped at a rest stop to buy food and water and souvenirs, then to the dead sea...also amazing, wish we could have spent more time there enjoying the public beach....we had a great time..we love VIATOR..thank you for taking good care of us.....Jimmy, Becky, and Donna from Arizona, USA.....

The tour guides were excellent and though I thought the bus changing was a bit excessive, it was well organized! The bus even dropped me off at the airport after my trip which was just awesome and I'm so appreciative for this! I would recommend this trip to anyone travelling to Israel and hope that I'm able to go back to Israel and see more of this stunning country! :)

Seems almost impossible to get through so much history in one morning! A comprehensive introduction to old Jerusalem with all the must see sights, including the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Wailing/Western Wall (where there is time to pray and place a wish). In the afternoon you get a couple of hours at the Dead Sea, which is plenty of time. Lunch was a traditional stuffed pitta bread with a drink of your choice for a reasonable 40 Shekels. There was a short compulsory stop at a gift shop, but zero pressure and there were things worth buying. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and humourous. Recommended.

Good tour. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. My main (but small) criticism is that the tour felt so packed that it was sometimes difficult to fully experience parts of the tour (e.g., stations of the cross). Other than that, very good.

Very good service, guide was very knowledgeable and looked after everyone well. We were very unlucky to have bad weather which stopped us visiting the Dead Sea. However the tour guide was very good at explaining and rearranging the day so we got to see Bethlehem instead which was very worthwhile.

First half of the day was excellent. Tour guide was very knowledgable, friendly and funny. Really enjoyed this part of the day. When we split up and went to the Dead Sea - this was a little disappointing. The guide was more of a driver and just said - "Ok see you back here in 2 hours". Was at the Dead Sea for too long.

The Dead Sea was amazing but I felt like we were rushed through Jerusalem. The guides was very rude to some of the other guests.

Organisation and passge of information to tourists at start of day - very poor. Knowledge of guide - excellent. During day delays caused by tourists not being back at bus at time requested. This caused the rest of of group to wait and the guide had to go looking for the late ones repeatedly.

We didn;t like this tour. Too many tourists (41)for the guide. We could not hear and/or understand her. The resort where the bus took us was old and bad. Food was ok except for all the flys around. No mud baths available as advertised. We didn't eat lunch until 2:30 PM which was way too late to eat.

Embarrassing disorganization on behalf of tour organizers. We were picked up from our hotel at 7.15am sharp as stated, however we were shuttled to a parking lot where everyone was herded off into the wrong buses and only ended up leaving Tel Aviv at 10am, arriving in Jerusalem at 11am, nearly three hours after we were picked up from our hotel. We only arrived home at 7pm, a staggering twelve hours after we left. The fact that Viator.com claims "our product managers select only the most experienced and reliable operators in each destination" does not inspire much confidence to book further trips on this website. I strongly regret not having waited until I was in Tel Aviv to book this day trip to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, as there were several local operators offering the same tour for far less than the £153 I paid for two, and surely would have been better prepared than the insultingly unprofressional operator.
