Great, the driver was very nice and polite and patient as I needed to buy some drinks before I left. I am very happy.
Extremely safe driver. Thank you!!! Felt very welcomed and conversed with us all the way there and saw us to the hotel. Well done and thank you.
Although expensive - the guide was at the airport with a sign as planned and expertly took us tired people straight to the Jerusalem Hotel. We arrived after a 18 hour flight at 11:50pm on a Friday in Tel Aviv and the experience was worth every penny. Thanks again.
Pick up was as described. The driver was very kind and helpful taking me to my hotel as my directions were not as helpful.
Fantastic service! I must say that everything went very smooth indeed from the initial internet booking to the final drop-off. As we entered the arrivals hall, the driver was holding a sign which clearly displayed my name. He was parked very close so there was no long trek with our luggage. The journey from the airport to Jerusalem was comfortable and we were driven straight to our rented house.

Driver was waiting us at airport
nice person and help us with luggages
The transfer from Ben Gurion airport to our hotel was handled superbly. We were met at the gate, taken to a car, and safely delivered.
Driver was on time and friendly. English was sufficient for all interactions. I thought he was a bit reckless while driving but after a week in Israel I realized it's how everyone drives, so it wasn't just him. Price for one passenger not competitive with booking with hotel so will not use again.
The driver was not where the email in response to my payment said he would be. I eventually found him and he said he had not been informed where to meet us with his sign. This kind of service is not why I paid a premium for personal airport transfer. Shall think several times before using Viator again. There are plenty of alternatives.
We had booked and paid for a minivan for 5 adults + 5 cases. Upon arrival the driver was not where the voucher said we would find him. After searching the arrivals terminals we eventually found him! He was told he was collecting 4 people so had come in a ordinary car. We had to wait for ages in the terminal for a second car to arrive so that we could be transferred to Jerusalem in 2 cars. Not what we had paid for or expecting, especially after a long haul flight!
This was a bad joke. A taxi from Ben Gurion to Jerusalem costs about 300 NIS 60 USD for a full car. All you do is walk out of the terminal and go to the taxi stand.
This service at 68 PER PERSON for 2 people is a joke. It is just the driver from a normal taxi holding your name on a sign in the arrivals hall. You follow him to his taxi, load your own luggage, and pay double for the ride. The only benefit was that he stopped at a falaffel stand on the side of the road because we were hungry after our long flight.
I am sorry I can't rate this higher. We waited for the driver at the appointed place after getting through customs and baggage, but unfortunately he had left before we were able to get to the meeting area. We waited some hours before being able to contact them as our phone wasn't working. Our plane had arrived a bit late in the morning and the driver said he waited longer than normal but had to leave. We thought more time was taken into account upon landing. Went by shuttle bus to Jerusalem and that was fine.
We did expect to pay $138 for a taxi service if I may even call a service -myself and wife had to
pull our own carts to the car and the driver looks more like a freelance student and bcos of his
rough handling of one of the bags 2 bottled of MOET we bought in SIN were broken and spilled all the clothes and dresses of my wife - she is most irate and had to send them all the laundry with nothing new to wear that evening. We will absolutely not recommend yur service to all our clients and friends. We felt short changed and cheated.

We prepaid for a driver from Tel Aviv airport to Jerusalem. The driver was not waiting for us at our arrival. The company did not contact our cell phone. Eventually, we reached the company and were advised to expect a driver in 15 minutes. It was an hour before a driver showed up and took us to Jerusalem. He said the scheduled driver's car had broken down, and he, the replacement, was delayed by security procedures. Our drive to Jerusalem was uneventful after that. We have no criticism of the driver, but the company was not well organized to deliver the timely and professional service we had contracted for and had prepaid at Viator's premium rates. We would have done better to get a taxi on the spot at the airport.
