The tour was an unforgettable experience. The landscape is just stunning, especially the view from the ruins of Masada. And swimming in the Dead Sea is a thing that should be on everybody's bucket list. Also, I'd like to mention Adi, our charming tour guide. She was very well informed and happy to talk to us about every aspect of the sights and live in Israel in general. Big thumbs up!

Loved my guide...he was very knowledgable and kind. However, he was on the phone A LOT throughout the day...seemingly with the home office. This got quite distracting and was also a little nerve-wracking when he was driving and talking and reading a list.

The tour was simple superb mainly because of the tour guide/driver. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he is very nice and really made the trip memorable.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! These two places, Masada and the Dead Sea, are ABSOLUTE MUSTS for anyone visiting Israel (in my opinion).
Although Masada is just a mound of rubble resting atop a mountain, it's the story of the place that grips you and MUST be experienced while there! I'm SOOOO glad I visited!
Following the tour at Masada (in BRUTAL HEAT) we went to the Dead Sea where we had approximately 2 hours (1 hour and 45 minutes to be exact) to frolic around in the salty water or take advantage of some of the spa treatments offered. For me, this was PLENTY of time. You must remember that you can't actually swim in the Dead Sea (the salt will burn your eyes and render you blind). So, after floating around and playing in the mud for a bit, one has exhausted the experience of the Dead Sea.

Amazing! I was recently in Tel Aviv for business and tagged on two days for sight-seeing. The day going to the Dead Sea/Masada was booked with Viator, and I wish now that I had booked my other tour with Viator as well. The guide we had was incredible - she even made the drive through the desert fascinating by giving lots of information. She also had a great sense of humour. I would go back, and would highly recommend this trip.
