Excellent guide and a very interesting and well-planned trip. A lot was packed into one day, but we were not rushed. However, it was very much spoiled by the lunch arrangements. There was little alternative to the restaurant we were taken to, as it was isolated on a main road. The salad option was an insult as it consisted of a selection of items usually given free. The meat options were expensive. The desert consisted of a tiny square of baclava and a miniscule coffee. Service was poor, bordering on rude. One man who ate nothing but who sat in the restaurant with his wife was charged for the privilege. We felt cheated and it cast a shadow on an otherwise lovely day.

I was only staying for a week in Israel so I booked a few trips via Viator. What a big mistake and a waste of money. All the guides I had were not very efficacious and always in a hurry.
