Very courteous and punctual service. I highly recommend the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was made so interesting by the woman (sorry I can't remember her name at this time) who drove us to our hotel. She was informative and so welcoming. What a pleasant beginning to our trip.
I recommend, without hesitation, this transfer. If you arrive into Ben Gurion, or any other
world airport, it is great to know that you will arrive at your destination in a timely manner,
rather than sit at the airport, possibly for hours, especially during the busy Yom Kippur
time of the year. Do the right thing, and make it more convenient for your trip to Israel.

My only complaint is I walked around for about 45 minutes looking for my driver. The person in the bookstore where I was suppose to meet the driver was very rude and not helpful at all. The cab drivers outside were of no help either. When I finally found the information desk the lady was very nice and called my driver to find out where he was. In a matter of minutes after she called, he was there. The driver was very friendly and curtious.
The driver was on time but quite rude and rushed our group of 6 ladies thru the airport. His vehicle was clean and he took us directly to our hotel but made a point several times that we should be quick so he can get back to the airport for his next pick up. The rate was 125 shekels more than if we had sourced our own taxi at the airport of which there were many at the airport. All in all felt ripped off by the experience
I am sorry to inform that there was nobody to meet at the Arrivals Hall by the Steimatsky book store Saturday October 12 morning 01:15 -01:30. We succeeded to make somebody of the regular taxi service to make a phone call to Bein Harim and they advised to go to 2nd floor to find a Harim limousine but there were nobody. Instead a van of Tal Limousine transferred us (7 pax) but they did not accept VIATOR pre-paid voucher. I request the pre-paid voucher to be reimbursed to my credit card account.
We landed on a Friday (bad) and after hunting our driver for over an hour, our horrible trip began. He was extremely obnoxious and rude and literally screamed at us all the way to the hotel. His biggest complaint, I think, was that he had waited an hour on a religious day for us. There was more than our 747 unloading and the baggage area was a mess. Apparently he had never met people coming in at that time of the day, plus disgorging over 400 passengers and luggage. It was the most unpleasant arrival I have ever experienced and I have used Viator previously with no complaint.
The taxi driver was late. He didn't drop us very close to our hotel. We had to cross a busy road. He also took advantage of our inexperience as far as the tip was concerned. We booked a taxi ourselves for the return journey and IT WAS HALF THE PRICE. Never again.
