My only complaint is I walked around for about 45 minutes looking for my driver. The person in the bookstore where I was suppose to meet the driver was very rude and not helpful at all. The cab drivers outside were of no help either. When I finally found the information desk the lady was very nice and called my driver to find out where he was. In a matter of minutes after she called, he was there. The driver was very friendly and curtious.

Though the driver was freindly enough, I paid a lot of money to be met there on time. I was in a new country and was told someone would meet me there with my name on a sign to let me know who to go with to my hotel which was a half hour away. I had to call the Viator service twice from my cell phone ~ long distance and incurred expensive roaming fees in order to make sure I was going to be picked up ~ It felt as if they forgot me ~ that kind of service should have come much cheaper! I dont feel it was worth the money I paid for it!! I would not use this service again.
