Good prompt efficient transfer
There were no problems finding the courtesy phone after baggage reclaim and the Supershuttle arrived very swiftly following the call. The driver was good, helpful and polite.
The tranfer was very efficient and at a great price, the driver was very helpfull and friendly even suggesting a shortcut to avoid the trafic to get me to my hotel quicker. Excellent service.
I would recommended you in the near future.

The shuttle took about 45 minutes to show up and then about the same time to get to the hotel, which I assume was satisfactory. The driver was pleasant and polite. So overall it was as expected.
The trip from the airport was perfect. The trip back was far more painful to organize as the booking was made within a day of travel which caused an overly long phone call to sort out.
Booked and three vans arrived none would take finally one van said he would NEVER AGAIN
It took 3 hours to travel from DFW airport to Fort Worth.
The shuttle was more than 30 minutes from the first call. The driver was asked to pick others up twice after we had left the airport. I won't be repeating this experience.
Very bad. The pickup process was slow. The driver took the long way and misunderstood the destination of one of the passengers.
