The highly-organized company has a counter in the baggage claim area of the airport. Redeem your voucher there, retrieve the suitcase, and get on the shuttle right outside the door. The driver will load the luggage on board, which is very helpful.
Difficult to make a reservation for the return to the airport. If you go on line, you'll be asked to pay again, which is strange when you have the ticket in your hand. If you call, you'll be put on hold forever, and will have to call back several times only to have the same "voice" make the reservation.
Overall, the service is excellent and exactly on time. If they tell you 10:02 a.m. for a hotel pickup, the driver is there at 10:02 a.m.
Arranged two days prior. Went to agent upon arrival and van was available for the ten of us within five minutes. Driver was courteous and loaded and unloaded all our bags. Called the day before for our return trip to airport and the female driver was also courteous and provided the same great service. Therefore, Viator gets 5 stars from all of us.
Very helpful with our bags. (That was important to me as it was my daughter and I traveling together and the bags were really heavy.) Very nice drivers - Courteous and helpful!! Very clean as well. :) I would use them again.
We had an absolutely wonderful time in San Antonio! We were very glad to have the Viator airport transfer available to us. It was so nice to be free of the hassles and cost of parking downtown and made our trip just that much more enjoyable.
We did not have to wait - arrival and departure were punctual. Drivers were both great and offered some tips on what to see and where to go.

When I arrived at the airport, staff did not know how to process the voucher from Viator. Pick-up for the return journey was around 45 mins late due to an accident on the freeway. I understand that this could not be controlled but there was no contact from the company to inform of the delay and to give an estimate for pick-up. I only found out after I asked if the reception staff at my hotel would phone and ask where the bus was (at this point the pick-up was 15 minutes late). I was just about to book a taxi when the bus arrived. Luckily I had rearranged an earlier time and the bus was not full so I did not miss my flight.
