As always a Rep' is waiting for you at the arrivals gate, they have never let me down. You are lead away to your transport with the minimum of fuss and the car or bus is always clean with good aircon'. The drivers do not always know every hotel so it can be quite interesting when they get on the mobile phone to be 'talked in' to your destination!

No problems even though I arrived during the flooding. The driver was great and even though the drive took over an hour longer than normal due to the traffic he kept smiling.
Cannot find fault. Thanks again.
