Absolutely loved it

This was well-organised and we were very well looked after by the guides. There were plenty of drinks and fresh fruit supplied throughout the day, and lunch was great. The islands are beautiful and the waters are spectacular. I have never snorkeled before and it was a fantastic experience which I will never forget.

The snorkelling was excellent as was the scenery. The only downside was the sea. It was very choppy which made a number of people sea sick.

Early start is worth it for this unforgettable trip to some beautiful islands. Boat was VERY choppy at times though, so maybe take a seasickness tablet before you set off. Only downside is the day is a bit rushed with so many islands to see, and you don't get more than half an hour in any one place before you are back on the boat again for the next one. Think everyone would have liked some more time on the beach in between, but snorkeling was great, and both guide and boat driver were experts. Fresh fruit and endless cold drinks and cold towels on the boat were a nice touch. Worth the bumpy ride just to swim in the lagoon and see the monkeys on the beach! Even if they were a bit wild!

This was well worth it; the boat was fast. The tour guide was great. The swimming and sightseeing were great, and so was lunch. It was well worth it.

Maya Bay is very disappointing as it is overcrowded, but they rest of the experience was great.

WARNING - If you have back problems, are pregnant or you don't like rough seas, then don't go! The trip was in a small speedboat facing 2 meter swells which was very concerning, so getting to Phi Phi and the other islands was a huge relief and well worth the suffering. Phi Phi is still recovering from the Tsunami with work in progress, but still a pretty island to visit. Definitely not for the faint hearted! And the ferry is worse according to other travellers.

It was OK, but could have been better

Far too much time waiting in departure areas. The guide was not enthusiastic or particularly friendly and answered questions with few words. The biggest disappointment, we spent all of 2 minutes gliding through the beautiful Maya Bay. We spent too much snorkeling and looking at monkeys. Lunch was a good buffet. Over all, very poor time management and organization. I would not do this trip again from Phuket.

Initial welcome was very professional, however the trip itself left a great deal to be desired. The boat was most uncomfortable and of poor standard. Phi Phi Island was very overrated and would definitely not recommend a visit. The boat was unable to get into the island because of the amount of craft already berthed which meant laying off the island for a long spell - approx 45mins. The meal on the return journey was of very poor quality and was cold. The restaurant was very poor standard.

Absolutely terrible. We were picked up from our hotel at 740am and we didn't get on to the boat until 1140am. We wasted all morning hanging around waiting and being told many lies as to why the delay, but it seems it was way overbooked and they intended to overload the boats. The trip was a very shortened version and was disappointing. The area of Phi Phi they take you is horrible and lunch was a warmed up affair. They did have plenty of water, soft drinks and fruit to offer.
